Generally speaking, when we feel lonely and/or sad, we need some form of connection. That is the paradox of this time: we are separated and feel lonely and need to be with people. Whether it’s in person or not, we all need to feel held and connected to other human beings.

We might not be aware of it as it is happening, but some day, down the line, we may look back and realize how far we have come.
