Need a midweek pick-me-up? Join me for qigong on Wednesday mornings in Elizabeth Park. We will start at 8am and practice qigong for about 20 minutes. You are welcome to come for the whole time or join in for a few minutes.
The qigong that I practice is a mixture of several varieties I have learned and been exposed to over the years. It is gentle and healing and appropriate for most levels of ability.
This is an ongoing class that starts on Wednesday, Aug 31 and will continue each Wednesday at 8am until the weather gets too cold.
Suggested donation of $5. All our welcome - no one will be turned away.
Location: Meet on the south side of the rose garden between the garden and the road. There is an oak tree with benches around its base next to a ginkgo tree. Look for us there.
