Practicing mindfulness and body awareness invites you into to the present moment. As you tune into your body and notice what you feel, you learn to meet yourself with compassion wherever you are and something shifts. Your relationship to yourself begins to change. My blend of spiritual counseling and somatic therapy is a mind-body healing modality that has roots in somatics, body psychotherapy, spirituality, and mindful movement. It is appropriate for anyone seeking a deeper sense of connection to themselves, their spirituality and the world around them. LGBTQ+ friendly.
